Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of imperiodoaco.site and general inquiries submitted to Fernando Nathanael Barroso Brito, trading as Império do Aço. A specific service proposal or agreement will control the scope, price and delivery of a purchased project.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful business inquiries and information. You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, submit malicious material or misuse its content.

Services and proposals

Descriptions and starting prices are informational and do not constitute a binding offer. Before payment, the client receives a proposal describing the deliverables, exclusions, estimated schedule, price, payment milestones, review process and support period.

Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate requirements, lawful content, necessary access and timely consolidated feedback. Delays in these items may reasonably change the delivery schedule.

Payments

Payment terms and currency are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Payments may be handled by an independent payment processor. Failure to pay an agreed milestone may pause work until the account is regularized.

Intellectual property

Each proposal defines ownership and licensing. Unless otherwise agreed, final project-specific deliverables transfer or are licensed to the client only after full payment. Our pre-existing methods, reusable components, know-how and third-party materials remain subject to their existing rights and licenses.

Acceptable results and changes

Included review rounds and acceptance criteria are described in the proposal. New requirements or changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and additional fee, which must be approved before implementation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party outages or issues caused by client-supplied materials, unauthorized modifications or use outside the documented purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
